time of 1 day. Hence you
should receive the
product on time as per
your shipping. But some
products might have a
longer lead time and
hence take some time
before they can be
shipped. However, in

will contact and inform
you about the lead-time
for your order. In most
cases, if the lead-time
is not acceptable to you
then your entire order
amount is credited back
to you. If

about a longer lead time

their own shipping
account. All Tariffs and
Levy's are the customers
responsibility and are

transfer) before the

differs widely, we will
usually try and contact
you before shipping out
an order. Some items may
be restricted for sale

new out of retail
box.
- "System
Pull" is a
part that was either
used or has been
pulled out from a
new Sun system.
